The owner of ExcelTitle, Inc., Janson Willard, has over 15 years of Certified GADA experience and knowledge in the registration, title and tagging business having worked for several local dealerships over these years. In an area where he has seen the majority of dealerships struggle with lost revenue, lost customers, lost productivity and inefficient operations, he realized the potential in starting ExcelTitle, Inc. and the significant assistance he could provide to dealerships in the greater metro Atlanta area and beyond.

The Chief Sales Officer, Todd Willard, brings over 40 years of sales, marketing and operational expertise that encompasses a wide array of industries. A banker by trade, Todd brings a wealth of knowledge in many business sectors. Todd served as President and Executive Director for a very successful and one of a kind start-up company and has worked in senior level sales and marketing roles for several entities including Automatic Data Processing, MCI and Cox Communications. While there are many different Title and Tag "runner" individuals in  the metro area, the rates for these individuals and services are never consistent. Sometimes it may be mileage, other times it may be time constraints. We are GADA/GIADA Certified and we hold Notary Service designations. In addition, we have the knowledge and tools to be sure your registration, title and tagging needs get delivered to where they need to be and completed with the utmost efficiency. We have found that with in-state registrations, tags, duplicate titles, instant titles, and the vast majority of other in-state services, they can be setup and ready for processing before the last original documents are obtained from the dealership. The method is simply to have the bill of sale, along with the driver’s license of each party, on that bill of sale, scanned and emailed to us. This process has worked to our client’s advantage for both priority and routine situations. The process also allows ExcelTitle to have all documents processed and ready to go, as soon as those last documents are picked up. Further, this also allows us to complete a vast majority of this work on the same day, which also allows you to service your customers in a very expedient manner!


  • There will be original paperwork that needs to be acquired from the Dealerships.  

  • As long as those required documents are gathered together, there should not be an issue processing the work.  

  • We have found it works better with each dealership (at least here in the Atlanta metro area) to schedule pickup and drop-off times for each week, depending on volume.

It is estimated that franchised dealerships pay anywhere from $200-$300 a week in ad valorem & late fee penalties. This usually occurs when and where proper documentation is not present or proper dates are missed. The annual amount in reduction of this cost can total up to $15,000 or more. This dollar amount comes from processing paperwork on time as well as getting and having those documents needed in order to process the paperwork. This also includes having said paperwork manually taken to the various metro area county tax commissioners and when needed, the Department of Revenue.  In addition, working with out-of-state deals usually includes needing extremely detailed and more than necessary paperwork.
